As a Sales Executive at Connect2Mobile, you will play a crucial role in serving our valued customers. Your responsibilities include:
Product Knowledge: Assist customers in selecting the right products by sharing your in-depth knowledge of our services.
Engagement: Drive sales through engaging customers, suggesting additional services, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Welcoming Atmosphere: Greet and receive customers with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and provide outstanding service to build lasting relationships.
Sales Documentation: Document sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
Financial Transactions: Manage financial transactions, including processing payments and ensuring accuracy.
Inventory Assistance: Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
Communication: Keep the manager informed about preferred customer sales and potential future merchandise of interest.
Working Hours: 40 Hours Per Week
Salary: £26,700 Per Annum
Requirements:
Good communication skills
